PICKERING, Ontario, June 5, 2025 – Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) (OTC: RFHRF) (FSE: 9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”), would like to inform shareholders that a prospecting program within the Pontiac sediments at Parbec has been completed and that $127,230 has been raised in the first closing of the previously announced private placement, details for both matters are below.
Parbec Gold Deposit Prospecting
Renforth’s existing Parbec geological model and neighbouring mine data show that gold-bearing structures cross-cut the Cadillac Break and continue into the Pontiac sediments to the south. This represents a “new” setting for gold, as historically, gold mined in the Malartic and Cadillac mining camps was hosted directly within the Cadillac Break – the same structure that contains Parbec’s current open pit 43-101 gold resource. While this new structural setting is mined next-door (the Canadian Malartic Mine’s ~4km open pit – whose western edge lies just 4km from Parbec – is part of the adjacent Canadian Malartic project operated by Agnico Eagle) associated with the Sladen Fault on that property, it remains an underexplored model at Parbec.
Despite limited exploration in the sediments, similar structures associated with gold have been identified, showing strong potential and prospectivity for these cross-cutting gold-bearing structures at Parbec. For example, Renforth has identified the “Diorite Splay” which hosts gold and extends into the sediments, along with several other low-angle, cross-cutting faults associated with gold. Given that Parbec exhibits structural similarities to a well-established and proven system next door, Renforth is now focused on the south side of the Cadillac Break and where it interacts with the Pontiac Sediments.
During this prospecting campaign, multiple outcrops of Pontiac sediments were reviewed and channel samples were collected from several areas south of the break. The samples will be analysed for gold by photon assay and four-acid digestion for multi-element analysis. Apart from a handful of samples, Renforth has only assayed for gold at Parbec. We will use initial multi-element results across a wide area in order to hopefully identify or isolate a subtle footprint or signature related to gold mineralization. Extensive research by industry, academic institutions, and the federal government has focused on identifying distinctive “footprint” features of gold mineralization in the sediments. We plan to leverage these findings and expand our own exploration beyond the mineralization we have already identified.
Renforth has previously identified north-south and northeast-southwest faults that intersect the Break and continue into the Pontiac sediments, where they are associated with gold mineralization. These structural features were clearly observed during the recently completed prospecting program. Known gold in the sediments includes visible gold drilled in PAR-18-86, occurring within quartz veining in the “Diorite Splay” at a vertical depth of approximately 55m. This program sought and found surface expression of quartz veining within the sediments which will be tested.
Renforth Private Placement
Renforth has completed a first closing of the previously announced common share and flow through share unit financing with a total of $127,230 raised via the issuance of 12,723,000 units, with each unit comprised of a share and a warrant. There were no brokerage fees paid in connection with this closing and Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth, subscribed for a total of 5 million units.
Francis Newton P.Geo OGQ and independent qualified person pursuant to the guidelines in NI 43-101 has reviewed and approved the geological information contained in this press release.
